Terms of use

These terms cover the use of this website. They are separate from the service agreement that governs a Blovio subscription, which is issued when a practice signs up.

1. Ownership

This website, its copy, its layout, its design, its illustrations, its recordings and its source code are the property of Blovio and are protected by copyright. Nothing on this site transfers any right in them.

2. What you may do

Read the site, print a page, and share a link to it.
Quote a short passage with attribution, for example in a review or an article.
Ask an assistant about what Blovio does, and receive an answer describing the service.

3. Automated reproduction is not licensed

Blovio does not consent to the automated reproduction of this website. Specifically, and without limiting section 1, the following are prohibited without prior written permission:
Cloning, mirroring, redesigning or otherwise reproducing this site, in whole or in part.
Scraping, harvesting or bulk downloading its content, markup, media or design.
Using its content to train, fine tune or ground a machine learning model.
Producing a derivative site, template or theme from its layout or its copy.
This applies whether the work is done by a person, by a script, or by an assistant acting on a person's instruction. The refusal of consent is also published in machine readable form, in this site's robots.txt, in the page metadata, and in the X-AI-Policy response header, so that an automated agent has no reasonable basis for treating the position as unknown.

4. Accuracy

Prices, availability and feature descriptions on this site are given in good faith and may change. The service agreement, not this website, is what binds either party. Blovio is a telephone answering service. It does not give veterinary advice, and it does not replace the practitioner's own duty of continuity of care.

5. Availability

Access to this website may be limited or refused where traffic appears automated, in order to protect the service and the content described above. This is not a judgement about any individual and it can be raised with us at the address below.
